(hereinafter: “ARF”, “the Company”, “We” or “Us”), respect the privacy of the users (hereinafter: “the User(s)” or “You”) on our website at www.arf.co.il, as detailed in our Terms of Use. We are committed to protecting the personal information collected as part of your use of the website in all software, services, information, tools and features located on the website and/or in the services provided through the website (hereinafter: “the Services”). We believe that our users have the right to know our policy regarding the collection and use of information received by us when using the Services (as defined in the terms of use of the site available at the link: https://arf.co.il/en/privacy-policy (hereinafter: “Terms of Use”).

The terms appearing in this Privacy Policy (hereinafter: “Privacy Policy”) shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Terms of Use, unless expressly specified otherwise in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is formulated in the masculine form for convenience purposes only, and it also refers, of course, to women.

It is hereby clarified, and you agree and declare, that the personal information you provide to us is provided to us of your free will and in order for us to be able to provide the Services to you, in accordance with the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy. What information might we collect about you?

Information collected directly:

Information collected as part of the use of the services: we collect personal information provided by users during the use of the services, location, user preferences, and we will also collect any information that you voluntarily provide to us as part of your use of the Services.

Statistics and Measurements: We may, ourselves or through service providers such as Google Analytics, produce detailed measurements, statistics and analyses of your behavior on the Site in general. For the avoidance of doubt, any non-personal information that is related or linked to personal information will be considered personal information, as long as this linkage exists.

How do we use information about you?

We use non-personal information:

For the purpose of research and statistical analysis intended for our internal use, including so that we can make informed strategic decisions, while better understanding our target audiences;

For how long do we retain your personal information?

In general, we will retain your personal information only for as long as it is relevant and serves the purpose for which it was originally collected or as long as we are permitted by law. We retain one copy of all information collected about you as a backup for as long as reasonably necessary. Please note that the backup is encrypted and access to the information contained in this backup is limited to Company employees on a need-to-know basis only. We may need to retain personal information about you for a longer period in the event of a legal claim or if we are required to do so by law. Anonymous or aggregated information generated from your use of the Services may be retained on our servers indefinitely.

Your rights to review, change and correct your personal information

If for any reason, you wish to change, update or delete the personal information you have provided to us, you may do so by sending a request on the website by clicking on “Contact Us”. Alternatively, you may send us an e-mail with details of your request to the following address: Cust-support@arf.co.il, and we will make reasonable efforts to change, update or delete the personal information as aforesaid, in accordance with applicable privacy laws (please note – we may have information that cannot be deleted or changed using the “Personal Area”. In this situation, please contact us by e-mail). Please note: In any request to review, correct or delete the information, we will request that the following details be attached: name, telephone number, address, e-mail address and the information you wish to review or correct or delete. To the extent that you wish to allow another person to review the information for you, we will also request that you attach an express power of attorney in this regard.

Sharing information with others

As a general rule, the Company does not share your personal information with third parties. However, it may do so in order to:
Collect, hold and/or manage your personal information through third-party providers and suppliers of certain products or services (such as cloud hosting services) approved by us (including, as applicable, their partners), solely for the purpose of providing the services requested by us, and for no other purpose. Such third parties may be located in countries where the laws for the protection of personal information provide less protection for personal information than in Israel, but we will only use companies that can provide adequate safeguards to ensure that your personal information is stored and handled securely;

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company may collect, disclose and transfer anonymous and non-identifying information (hereinafter: “Non-Personal Information”) to third parties at its sole discretion.

External Service Providers

The Company uses the services of external service providers. Your personal information may be transferred to the external service providers, but this is for the sole purpose of providing services to the Company. In addition, the external service providers are required to comply with the relevant legal provisions applicable to the processing of personal information.

Information Security

We invest great efforts in implementing and maintaining the security of personal information about you as a user of our services (whether ourselves or by receiving services from third parties who are qualified service providers). We implement information security procedures and policies as is customary in the industry, in order to ensure the security of information about you and to prevent any unauthorized use of this information.
However, it is clarified that there are risks inherent in transmitting information via the internet or other methods of electronic storage, and therefore we cannot undertake and guarantee that unauthorized access or use of said information will never occur, and we will not be liable for any such unauthorized access or use and its consequences.

Minors

In order to use our website and/or services, you must be over the age of eighteen (18). In the event that we become aware that a minor under the age of eighteen (18) is using the Services and/or the Site, we will block that user and make every effort to immediately delete any personal information collected about them. We reserve the right to ask you for proof of age at any stage in order to prevent the collection of personal information about minors under the age of eighteen (18).
