(hereinafter: “ARF”, “the Company”, “We” or “Us”), respect the privacy of the users (hereinafter: “the User(s)” or “You”) on our website at www.arf.co.il, as detailed in our Terms of Use. We are committed to protecting the personal information collected as part of your use of the website in all software, services, information, tools and features located on the website and/or in the services provided through the website (hereinafter: “the Services”). The terms appearing in this Privacy Policy (hereinafter: “Privacy Policy”) shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Terms of Use, unless expressly specified otherwise in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is formulated in the masculine form for convenience purposes only, and it also refers, of course, to women.

- What information might we collect about you?

Information collected directly:

For how long do we retain your personal information?
In general, we will retain your personal information only for as long as it is relevant and serves the purpose for which it was originally collected or as long as we are permitted by law. We retain one copy of all information collected about you as a backup for as long as reasonably necessary. Please note that the backup is encrypted and access to the information contained in this backup is limited to Company employees on a need-to-know basis only. We may need to retain personal information about you for a longer period in the event of a legal claim or if we are required to do so by law. Anonymous or aggregated information generated from your use of the Services may be retained on our servers indefinitely.
- Your rights to review, change and correct your personal information
If for any reason, you wish to change, update or delete the personal information you have provided to us, you may do so by sending a request on the website by clicking on “Contact Us”. Alternatively, you may send us an e-mail with details of your request to the following address: Cust-support@arf.co.il, and we will make reasonable efforts to change, update or delete the personal information as aforesaid, in accordance with applicable privacy laws (please note – we may have information that cannot be deleted or changed using the “Personal Area”. In this situation, please contact us by e-mail). Please note: In any request to review, correct or delete the information, we will request that the following details be attached: name, telephone number, address, e-mail address and the information you wish to review or correct or delete. To the extent that you wish to allow another person to review the information for you, we will also request that you attach an express power of attorney in this regard.
- Sharing information with others
- As a general rule, the Company does not share your personal information with third parties. However, it may do so in order to:
- Collect, hold and/or manage your personal information through third-party providers and suppliers of certain products or services (such as cloud hosting services) approved by us (including, as applicable, their partners), solely for the purpose of providing the services requested by us, and for no other purpose. - External Service Providers
